Clem Stein, the Broker/Owner of Watergate Sales Company, Woodlake Anchor Sales & Leasing, and Desert Gate Real Estate, has been a Real Estate Broker for 35 years; he has created and owned real estate companies throughout California, specializing in condominiums, shared interest developments, and destination properties. In the past, he has contributed his marketing expertise to major conversions in the Bay Area, Northern California, Oregon, and Hong Kong.

A former television & radio personality in major markets in North America and Europe, he is a published author in the area of real estate & wealth management. Besides being a frequent radio talk show guest from coast to coast on real estate and other topics, Clem enjoys his leisure time travels to the ski resorts of the West.
