David Gorman has serviced Watergate and Pacific Park Plaza since 1991 - his knowledge of property management, real estate transactions and industry technology are unsurpassed.
As a property manager, David services the majority of rental and leasing units at Watergate and PPP. "There probably isn't a investor/owner unit that we haven't rented in all these years," David says. It takes diligence and dedication to coordinate all the tenant, landlord, and vendor requests.
"We've been taking care of owners since 1979 at Watergate, says David, "and we recognize that each client is unique." David's dedication and care is why his long-time clients prefer him when they wish to buy or sell. "Our business is all about relationships."
Next to nearly 2 decades experience in real estate, David is an experienced manager. Native of and educated in the East Bay (U.C. Berkeley), David is a CAL Bear, and roots for the home team.
When not in the office, David focuses on real estate investment in California and Nevada, as he is experienced at maximizing property value through key improvements. "A simple coat of paint does not make for a successful upgrade," says David, "most of the time, it takes old fashioned spit and elbow grease."
