For nearly a decade, Joseph Stein has been in real estate, both in the United States and Europe. Joseph’s experience in real estate originated in international development; as an architect and engineer, he designed & built seven-figure commercial and mixed-use properties for international clients including Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
As a broker, Joseph joined the family business five years ago: Watergate Sales Company and its affiliates. Joseph has joined Clem to further develop the core brands and extend the exclusive advantage only afforded to the Watergate Sales Company as an original on-site sales office.
Via his extensive network of real estate professionals and sellers, he has provided key advantages to clients - be it locating the right property, implementing the right marketing strategy, or simply getting the job done.
Aware of the importance of community involvement, Joseph has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for a major condominium association with over 1,700 residents and 990 condominium units in his second term. His expertise has been called upon as a key-note speaker for various homeowner associations and their membership on the Peninsula.
Joseph is an Accredited Residential Manager (A.R.M.) with the Institute of Real Estate Management, a designated Broker member of the San Mateo County Board of Realtors and the Desert Area Board of Realtors, and as a member of the California and the National Association of Realtors. Joseph holds two degrees in architecture - from U.C. Berkeley and an advanced engineering degree from Stuttgart University, Germany, responsible for $200,000,000 in planned and constructed commercial and mixed-use urban properties.
